Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born to a musically inclined family on August 9th, 1963. She was born in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel star Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. as well as a cousin of the singing sensation Dionne Warwick. In Newark Whitney, she began singing with the choir of the church when she was a young child. When she was 15 years old, she accompanied her mother backing vocals in Chaka's smash Im Every Woman from 1978. She continued to offer backing vocals for Lou Rawls Jermaine Jackson and her mother, and also worked briefly as models for the front cover of Seventeen magazine in 1981. The high quality of her performance as the featured vocalist of New York funk group Material attracted the attention of several major record labels, including Arista, with which she signed her contract in 1982, where she stayed the rest of her life. In 1985, the debut of Whitney Houston was the best-selling debut album ever. All My Love was released in 1985 and was a top one hit. Album sold in US 3,000,000 copies, and later reached 25,000,000 copies world-wide. The album gave her the first of the six Grammy Awards she has won. The Whitney 1987 album, featuring The album's tracks, such as Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as songs, grew on the successes she'd had. However, the 1992 movie The Bodyguard sealed her spot among the top-selling musicians in history. The Bodyguard's performance as a film as well as its soundtrack weren't well-received, her Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You and the album accompanying it were top of the charts all over the world for several months. Also in 1993 that she married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition singer with whom she bore her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. At this point, her documented drug use started and in 1996, the singer had been using drugs on a daily basis.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorperson for the CNN reporter as well as political correspondent for CNN. The anchorwoman produced a number of shows on weekends on the network, which include Evans & Novak: Late Edition" and Inside Politics." She was previously employed by NBC and CBS. Bash has been awarded numerous awards and was included at the top of the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. With her amazing anchoring and reportage abilities, she is highly regarded by young journalists in the field. She is a George Washington University grad is an incredibly loving mother of her one child. The couple was divorced twice but is currently single. Bash is an independent, tough woman.
